Outstanding Experience This is my second experience at MetroWest Subaru. My experience this time was even better than my first if that was possible. Tyler was excellent and This is my second experience at MetroWest Subaru. My experience this time was even better than my first if that was possible. Tyler was excellent and the sales manager Jeff, with whom I spoke on the phone to initiate my interest at the end of the lease was outstanding also. I don’t like to spend a lot of time on this I just know what I want and I want to get to my deal as efficiently as possible. All that happened and more. From the appointment to look at the car that I wanted, to the negotiation for what my needs were, to the financial review and finalizing the deal, it was all outstanding. Tyler greeted me for my appointment, had everything ready for me and answered all my questions completely and concisely. I love Subaru and I love my experiences at MetroWest Subaru and I want to particularly thank Tyler and the team for their approach. When I went to take my car ians Tyler is going over everything, my power cord for my cell phone to initiate CarPlay did not work. Tyler saw how stressed I was about navigation and just gave me his cord. Just take care of what the customer needs! Great experience great place to buy a car. More

Tremendous Experiece It was incredible working with Marc on purchasing our new car. Marc was easy going and took the time to walk us through the vehicle. On the day we were to pick up our vehicle, we ran into issues at home and were late to our appointment with Marc. Marc made magic happen with our insurance agent and the RMV to make sure we'd be able to still bring the car home that day. The folks are MetroWest Subaru were tremendous down the line. More

Made a quick deal but never got the promised car. I made a quick purchase and put in my deposit on the same day I stopped by. They promised to get the vehicle ready in 7 to 10 days. Each week I have t I made a quick purchase and put in my deposit on the same day I stopped by. They promised to get the vehicle ready in 7 to 10 days. Each week I have to check in with them and the answer is always not sure. About 6-8 phone calls and emails, 20 days passed, they still don't have a clue when the car is ready. The manager, Jeff Ricard, who was supposed to call me to figure out a solution, ended up sending me an email with another notice: "I will let you know when your car is ready". After I replied, the solution they offered was to cancel the transaction, after putting the deposit for 3 weeks. It is a completed waste of time and energy doing business with this team. They only keep looking for excuses for themselves and never thinking from a customer's perspective. As a person with a little baby, we needed the car for traveling. We have been waiting forever and ended up wasting time and money on this untrustworthy dealership. More

My Experience Marc was wonderful to work with. His product knowledge is amazing. He takes the time to explain all the features a car has and once you have decided Marc was wonderful to work with. His product knowledge is amazing. He takes the time to explain all the features a car has and once you have decided which car you want, he makes sure you understand how to use the features before you leave the dealership. Marc is definitely not your "regular car salesman", he genuinely cares about his customers and makes himself available after you take delivery of your new car to go over any feature you may need a "refresher course" in. I highly recommend working with Marc. More

My First Subaru Experience My last car was a Toyota, when I bought it I needed to find someone to help me, the salesman did not do anything but hand me the keys. It was quite My last car was a Toyota, when I bought it I needed to find someone to help me, the salesman did not do anything but hand me the keys. It was quite a different experience this time. They acted like they actually wanted to earn my business. Is it a buyers market with Subaru? I walked in the door and two salesmen opened the door I ended up working with Marc. He seemed to know the vehicles and listened to me. We found the best vehicle for me, though I will always second guess the color. I paid for my car, I was paying cash it took longer than expected. I waited and waited for my insurance company to fax the dealership back so that I could pick up my car. While doing I learned more about my car in hour than I will ever need to know. My experience at Metrowest Subaru with Marc will now become my standard as to what should happen when buying a car. More

I have found the staff to be honest, courteous and patient. We have been treated like "family", and the staff has been consistently responsive to any of our concerns. In fact, I have so much respect for the staff at MW, I did not solicit any pricing, etc. from any other dealerships for my recent lease. I would like to give special thanks to Marc Soloway. He delivered my vehicle and explained in detail its operational features. Also, my initial contact, Jeff Ricard, helped me to set up the purchasing details and my choice of vehicle. Finally, Josh Geller assisted me in the documentation issues prior to the leasing. My wife and I have been extremely satisfied and happy to be MW customers. More
