Communication is severely lacking. It took several weeks just to get in contact with somebody to schedule an appointment. Once my car was in the shop, I waited all day for a call on the status of my car or a price. Many phone calls and texts with no response. Eventually just showed up towards the end of the day for an answer. They told me my car is just now being looked at and should be done in an hour which it was. More

The service itself was quick, the problem was getting an appointment. I called four separate times. Each call went to a message machine. I left four messages asking for a call back to set an appointment. I then texted twice asking for a call back. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I ended up calling the franchise manager and he set my appointment. If the work needed was not a dealer required computer update, I would have gone somewhere else. This is the second time I have had issues with service department not returning calls and I have only owned my Hyundai since May. Because of the lack of service, and respect, from the service department, my next vehicle will not be a Hyundai. More
