The service was great by the entire team. Laura even shared an (accurate) estimate on timing. I appreciate the transparency. The follow-up communication was also appreciated. I had asked a question after on something that I had forgot to mention before leaving the car for service - it turns out, they go through a VERY detailed inspection of the car, which included what I had forgot to ask. They know my car’s needs better than I do! A note - BMW also pays attention to recalls and notified me about a recent part that was recalled. I had no idea! Thank you! Laura and team go above and beyond and I am very grateful that they take of my car (I even gave my car a name). I spend a lot of time on the road, so this is very important to me. I have been a customer of Flemington BMW since 2007 after being dissatisfied with Open Road in Edison, NJ, where I purchased a 3 series. I had that car serviced at Flemington and now have purchased 2 vehicle being dissatisfied with Open Road in Edison, NJ, where I purchased a 3 series. I had that car serviced at Flemington and now have purchased 2 vehicles from Flemington. Service advisors are credible and reliable. I am disappointed, however, that the technicians didn’t find the TurboCharger problem when the car was serviced two weeks before it failed. I wasted over $1700 on brakes and a battery. No consideration was given in my next purchase. Anatoliy was a very good Sales Advisor. He was straightforward when I needed to buy the latest vehicle unexpectedly. He has been conscientious in following up on a window problem that became evident immediately. Of course, I wish the problem had been spotted before the car was delivered to me. More
