It's a shame I have to rate the dealership where I bought my car so badly!!! Thanks to the workers!!! The first year and a half or so was good as it was just mostly oil changes. The minute issues creep up, y my car so badly!!! Thanks to the workers!!! The first year and a half or so was good as it was just mostly oil changes. The minute issues creep up, you start seeing lack luster performance, incompetence and and more just to name a few. I've had a vibration for almost 8 months if not more and they can't resolve it. One starts arguing with me so they won't do the job, he even mentioned I declined something months back which has nothing to do with the issue but happy to say I declined some service. So people please pay attention to your paperwork as I finally did on my last visit. I was out the door but looking at the paperwork only to notice, you guessed it, it said I declined something. When I confronted him, oh well it's nothing we just didn't do the work so we put it as declined!!! He actually told me that when an hour ago, same advisor was arguing with me about declining *ish. Needless to say he wasn't happy I made him change it. Apparently they are happy to sell you a car but will deny diagnosing your vehicle because the vibration is at 60mph+. I'm glad I've documented the whole process, it's about time I got the BBB, attorney/ advocate involved. Their big excuse, we can't recreate the issue, YEAH HOW WOULD YOU When U CLAIM YOU CANT GO ABOVE 60MPH. They've had ample opportunities to diagnose and fix the car but won't. SHAME ON YOU!!! More

Service was great! !! I drove in and was greeted by a Nice man who directed me toward Kelsey who already knew what I was coming in for. I liked that they had a quiet w !! I drove in and was greeted by a Nice man who directed me toward Kelsey who already knew what I was coming in for. I liked that they had a quiet waiting area in the back where I could catch up on some work without distractions. I recieved a text with a nice form of how everything was on my car. When I was all done about 45 minutes later I recieved another text saying to come to the counter and there was my car washed and waiting for me. More
