Awesome experience. Had what I wanted no waiting. Dealer went over and above the our sales experience. The dealership bent over backwards to serve us and our needs. Buddy Price is an exceptional asset to sales team. He was thorough, explaining all the bells and whistles, and how they work. Chris Gonzalez worked with us diligently to get us the deal we wanted. I but will continue to use Bozard Ford for all my needs even though it is 22 miles away. This dealership deserves to have the number 1 rating in my mind. More

All about Customer Service and Satisfaction My son and I drove 3.5 hours one way to purchase a truck from Bozard Ford today. John Fillare in the Parts Dept. recommended that I talk with Ricky Go My son and I drove 3.5 hours one way to purchase a truck from Bozard Ford today. John Fillare in the Parts Dept. recommended that I talk with Ricky Goodwin in the Sales Dept. After speaking with Ricky about what I was looking for, I was driving off the lot in a new F-150 truck in just a couple of hours after arriving at Bozard! Chase Burnett in the Finance Dept., took care of all the necessary paper work in a very professional manner. I don't know the name(s) of the folks who detailed my vehicle before I left but they did an outstanding job! I couldn't imagine going anywere else on the planet to purchase a vehicle, you couldn't find better people to deal with. No games, no tricks, everything is straight forward. THANK YOU!! Outstanding Service Department! Fixed a very difficult to diagnose problem the very first time on my hybrid Escape. No other Ford dealership could figure it out without just throwing parts on the vehicl to diagnose problem the very first time on my hybrid Escape.
