Everyone I encountered at this location was really personable. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a pressure free dealership experience. My salesperson, Josef was fantastic. Had a car deal done online. Received a text that someone was trying physically there trying to purchase the same vehicle, so they hadn’t processed my deal. Dishonest. Bought new 2023 Tacoma. Waited 6 weeks for corrected temporary plate and about another week for title transfer. I had Joseph as a salesman and if you get him you need to request someone else or leave. Worst experience with him and I had to get another one. Finance was not bad but he was playing on his phone the whol request someone else or leave. Worst experience with him and I had to get another one. After finding the car I was interested in online,the salesman made an appt for me. Josef was very courteous and answered all my questions and showed me the paperwork available on the vehicle.It was,as r salesman made an appt for me. Documents were signed and since I’m a widow and live 45 min away,the car was delivered to my home the next day! Exceptional customer service!! More
