Only needed a tire fixed, but they made sure to get me in quickly and took care to make sure it was done properly, and took care regarding cleanliness. Great job! More

price for a new front headlight bulb is outrageously high!!! The people are nice. The service center is very inviting. The price for this service was way too high. It seems to be too expensive to upkeep our mini cooper. We just spent $2,000.00 to have a new axel and roters done last month, and now we had to pay about $300.00 for a headlight?!"! So, even though we like the Cooper, we will be looking at cars that have less expensive repairs when we buy another car next year. More

Not sure my experience is finished An apparent communications glitch occurred where we never received a call that our car was ready. It happens, unfortunately we tried to find out about An apparent communications glitch occurred where we never received a call that our car was ready. It happens, unfortunately we tried to find out about the car twice with no return communications. I was able to catch Preston during the day and arrange a pick up of the car. I drove it home and the first time we went to use the car (this morning) a bunch of sensors lit up the dashboard. So I am bringing it back for what I consider service visit 1B. Hopefully our issues can be easily resolved. More

Disappointing Appointment Service advisor was fine. 1) Had to beg for an appointment within 10 days to handle tire with screws. 2) Dealer unable to provide a loaner even th Service advisor was fine. 1) Had to beg for an appointment within 10 days to handle tire with screws. 2) Dealer unable to provide a loaner even though vehicle AND tire under warranty. 3) Appointment was lost when I arrived. If I had not had email confirmation, they would not have serviced car. 4) Tire warranty requires me to pay and submit for reimbursement, not covered by dealer. More

Easy to schedule loaner car perfect I am a mini owner so by definition a little "difficult" it was simple to schedule my service on time, I received text and email reminders. When it was I am a mini owner so by definition a little "difficult" it was simple to schedule my service on time, I received text and email reminders. When it was time for my appointment, I was checked in and able to work in the waiting area. The waiting area is great, quiet, drinks (water, juice, coffee, etc) and healthy snacks! My cars was done on time as promised. Follow-up parts were needed and I received a great clubman S as a loaner! The loaner was clean, full of gas, no wasted time or effort. The texting system kept me appraised every step of the way. Flawless execution. More
