The last couple invoices say I got a car wash…didn’t
happen. In addition, upon checking out and paying the huge bill for maintenance, I was notified that my lug nuts should be changed. You guys are the

You guys are the only place that has ever removed them for tire rotation. You messed them up. I replaced them and it ran me $140 for new one piece lug nuts and labor. That’s on you. I paid for a diagnostic exam of my truck.
$92 at the service counter. I laughed when I read the mechanic tech's comments after I left. No fuel pressure gauge connectors available in the shop.

Everything from the shop was an educated guess as to a fuel filter and or fuel pump issue. So I guessed the same thing before I arrived. That is why I brought the truck in for a definitive diagnostic exam. But I didn't get what I was expecting. SMH. I should not have paid for a guess.
