Was very unsatisfied. The service person didn't even review the inspection checklist with me and the checklist I received only had the tire pressure. No other comments.Also got half way home only to fin review the inspection checklist with me and the checklist I received only had the tire pressure. No other comments.Also got half way home only to find no odometer display and had to make numerous calls to the dealer to find out how to reset. All in all it was not a pleasant experience and this is not the first time so I probably will not visit this dealer again. More

Very easy to schedule appointment. No wait time upon arrival. I requested a cabin air filter change and emissions test. Service writer wrote up complete oil change and filter change in addition to reque arrival. I requested a cabin air filter change and emissions test. When I mentioned this to the service writer, she said I would not be charge for the service against my prepaid plan. I requested written confirmation to that but have not received it yet. More

My Toyota Tundra was displaying an ambiguous set of symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to p symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to problem solving and fixed the issue well short of just punting the ball, and then spent no small amt of time making sure the issue was fully addressed. In the end the fix cost me only $250. You guys rock! More
