Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. I chose BMW as I viewed it as a world class organization like the United States Marine Corps; my commitment is to the people I serve. I look forward to working with you soon!

My impression of this dealership is that it is first-rate in every way. I have never enjoyed visiting a dealership more, and look forward to many years of a wonderful automotive relationship. Ken Delk and in every way. I have never enjoyed visiting a dealership more, and look forward to many years of a wonderful automotive relationship. Ken Delk and Mike Delczeg are truly exceptional. Ken is knowledgeable about his cars, but not pushy. He answers questions readily but knows when to let the product he is demonstrating speak for itself! He listened to what I requested (the X3 and X5) and then, after driving both, asked me which one I preferred. Then he showed two choices and colors and even took pictures to send to my daughter and Son-in-Law to look at. They liked both, but I preferred the Dark Graphite Metallic. Ken was also flexible with financing arrangements and helped with the new Vanity Plate which saved me a lot of time and trouble. It is an honor and a privilege to work with him. His ability as a salesman matches or exceedes the quality of the BMW vehicles that he presents. Mike Delczeg knows the many details of the vehicle like the back of his hand. He has the patience of Job explaining the wonderful features in the vehicle. He also offered to come to my house to help me connect the garage door opener, if I need it. This is a wonderful courtesy not always offered at every dealership. In my opinion, Mike is a qualified partner to work with Ken. Once again, acquiring my first BMW was a wonderful experience. I am certain that I will not find a better BMW dealership in the world! More
