The dealership overall was clean with a friendly atmosphere. Kevin Bertilacci was awesome, not pushy and was knowledgeable on the vehicle. Erica did the paper work and made it an enjoyable part of the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership. I wouldn't think twice about driving 75 miles to deal with these highly experienced professional salespeople!! :) More

During a nightmare experience at the Warren location the same evening, I spoke with Kevin Bertilacci, who offered me some honest upfront answers to my questions which helped my decision to return to Boardman. On 7/31/15, I returned to Boardman with my husband and was introduced to Kevin. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his honesty. The van we spoke about on the phone the prior evening was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. During the visit, we brought back Jim to assist with the sale because Jim was the sales associate that originally helped my husband with our decision to keep shopping Toyota. Both gentlemen were very informative and kind. They respected our privacy when needed and made us feel welcome. For the entire experience we felt appreciated. After the paperwork was complete, Jim took the time to go over my vehicle thoroughly. I can not express in words how good I felt driving off in my new ride. Kevin and Jim made this experience awesome and easy. I will definetly refer my friends and family to these two star salesmen. The car was ordered the way we wanted it and delivered on time, as promised. The Lease application was easily completed online and we were notified quickly of the approval. When we went to pick-up the vehicle we had some questions due to this being our first out of state purchase. Erica in F&I was knowledgeable and patient so that we got all our questions answered. We forgot the turnpike transponder in the old vehicle and it was quickly shipped overnight. If only all purchases could go so smoothly! Thank you to all for a great car buying experience. More

Andy, our salesperson, followed our lead and did as we requested as we made the negotiations. He made us feel relaxed and not pressured into the deal. He made sure that other personnel worked with our wishes for financing and got us the best rate. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
