We are extremely happy with the service experience at Klaben. Kim, our service rep, always does a great job of explaining the services required. She takes the time to answer our questions and we never s Klaben. Kim, our service rep, always does a great job of explaining the services required. She takes the time to answer our questions and we never seemed rushed even though it is evident that she is extraordinarily busy. We were having a major recommended service level performed and the work on our car was not completed until after 5:00 pm. We have almost an hour's drive to the Klaben location, but Kim had no problem staying after the 6 pm closing. When we arrived, she still took the time to explain the repair work performed and recommended service. Her attitude is always so helpful and pleasant, you would never know that she was working after closing. No matter the time of day, she is always willing to do whatever it takes to make her customers happy. We completely trust her recommendations and really appreciate her extraordinary efforts. More
