I asked before dropping my vehicle off on a Monday if they were sure it would be done the next weekend was told that the job would only take a few days. I never heard back from the so I called on Thursda they were sure it would be done the next weekend was told that the job would only take a few days. I never heard back from the so I called on Thursday to see is it was ready which they told me know and that is wasn’t going to be done for the weekend and wasn’t sure when they would be done till sometime next week. Which cost me a truck rental cause I needed my truck that weekend and they didn’t have my done like I was told it would have been when I dropped it off. And then this carried to the weekend after as will. They should of been up front with me when I dropped it off for the warranty work. Which after getting it back and the paper work the only put 8hrs of work into it but had it for just about 2weeks. More

I was charged $122. 14 for an oil change. This was an outrageous price increase for the same exact service that I paid $75.69 at Lombard a year ago. In addition, the ser 14 for an oil change. Because of the cost and the lower level of customer service, I'll never return to Lombard for this service. More

The staff and the service and the expertise is immeasurable and a five out of five !! Kyle and the staff alongside truly showed care and such wisdom about the care of my Ford Escape 2014 titanium immeasurable and a five out of five !! Kyle and the staff alongside truly showed care and such wisdom about the care of my Ford Escape 2014 titanium. I required a new transmission and once that was repaired they then figured out what else needed repair ! They are awesome👍 More
