We brought our F450 in for an oil change and maintenance, but $5600 later, we had a squeaking drive belt (new problem), which they told us would magically get better with driving. When it did not after two but $5600 later, we had a squeaking drive belt (new problem), which they told us would magically get better with driving. When it did not after two days, and with a cross country trip pulling an RV scheduled, and the squeak not any better, we brought it back. Luckily, we got Service Director Lenny, who apologized repeatedly, had a new drive belt installed in two hours, and was wonderful! We are now in South Carolina, the truck is fine, and we are very grateful to Lenny. He makes us want to purchase our next Ford truck there. Thank you, Lenny!!! You deserve six stars! More

Unreal how poor my experience was from start to finish. My vehicle was in your possession for nearly 2 weeks, nothing was done, nothing was checked, Ben checked my car in left no notes on what I brought th My vehicle was in your possession for nearly 2 weeks, nothing was done, nothing was checked, Ben checked my car in left no notes on what I brought the Vehicle in for. After a week of no communication I had to call only to find nothing had even been looked at. After that I was told I'd have to leave the vehicle with you for FOUR WEEKS to have the transmission diagnosed, not fixed, diagnosed. When I came to pick up the vehicle your ENTIRE staff acted like they had never had someone pick up a vehicle from service before, your team scrambled incompetently for 30 minutes teaching for my key that they'd lost. I will never work with this dealership in any way, I'll just go to Al Packer, couldn't possible be more careless than this dealership. More

Started out as terrible customer service by phone trying to schedule an appointment for following week and service rep taking appointments hung up on me. After several calls Lenny called me back and apologi to schedule an appointment for following week and service rep taking appointments hung up on me. After several calls Lenny called me back and apologiized. for the rude customer service via phone and set me up with Steve in the service department and again due their customer service concern I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service. Thank you both! More
