Hello! My name is Matt Carlson and I'm here to provide you with the best experience you've ever had. I have built great relationships with my guests over the years; putting the needs of every Guest first, and going that extra mile time and time again. As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

I have been dealing with Rallye BMW in Westbury and Matt Carlson for many years.I currently own 2 BMW 3 series models and would not think of going to a different dealership for my service. Matt goes the ex Carlson for many years.I currently own 2 BMW 3 series models and would not think of going to a different dealership for my service. Matt goes the extra mile for me and is always up front about my car service needs. Our relationship is based on trust, reliability and honesty. He deserves a raise!! More

Matt Carlson always goes above and beyond. He is most definitely one of the main reasons I would continue to transact with Rallye motors. His attention to detail in service is equally as good as George definitely one of the main reasons I would continue to transact with Rallye motors. IN ALL MY YEARS OF SERVICING HIGH END CARS AT THIER RESPECTIVE DEALERSHIPS NOBODY HAS EVER TAKEN BETTER CARE OF ME THEN MATT CARLSON. I ALWAYS LOOKED AT DEALERSHIPS AS DISHONEST AND ALWAYS OUT TO PROF RESPECTIVE DEALERSHIPS NOBODY HAS EVER TAKEN BETTER CARE OF ME THEN MATT CARLSON. I ALWAYS LOOKED AT DEALERSHIPS AS DISHONEST AND ALWAYS OUT TO PROFIT THE MOST RATHER THAN GIVE THE BEST SERVICE. MATT IS THE OPPOSITE. I WAS ALWAYS CONCERNED LEAVING MY CARS AT THE DEALERSHIPS FOR SERVICE BUT WITH MATT IM NEVER WORRIED ONE BIT THAT ANYTHING IS GOING TOBE MESSED WITH OR FIXED THE EASY WAY INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT WAY. I have had two BMWs and Matt has be my service advisor for both of them. His professionalism and customer service are beyond exceptional. I have been using Matt Carlson for BMW service for quite some time now and he is exceptional. Whether it's expected maintenance or an unexpected tire blowout he is quick, responsive, and makes owning a BMW some time now and he is exceptional.
