From the very first salesman, Greg, we had a great experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 mil experience. We looked at the truck that was advertised, plus every other used truck on your lot as well as a lot of new trucks. Greg didn't pressure us but patiently showed us back and forth through the trucks before finally test driving the vehicle we saw online. When we went inside, Greg introduced us to Paul Vera and Paul took over. He was skillful at getting more of a firm commitment out of us as we had not intended on purchasing that day. Between him and Mo Salah, they were able to get us into the truck we wanted at a price everyone was comfortable with. It was late and after closing and we never felt rushed by anyone on the staff. We were joking and talking with several different staff members that weren't even involved in our deal. Our finance guy, Michael Sumner, was personable and friendly and guided us through paperwork efficiently and even set us up with our service appointment for some vehicle options we had added to our truck. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Orlando to our friends and family as well as returning ourselves! More

GREAT DEALER !!!! I've been a Toyota person most of my life and this is the 2nd time I have traveled 2 hrs+ to Orlando to the same dealership to purchase my new Camry. At first I thought I was going to have to leave witho the 2nd time I have traveled 2 hrs+ to Orlando to the same dealership to purchase my new Camry. At first I thought I was going to have to leave without being able to make a purchase-but after some deep digging, the guys we worked with were able to come to an agreement on a price that was within my budget and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and left the dealership as another satisfied customer! Im sorry I cant remember their names-but the nice young Man in the Blazer and JR that was brave enuff to ride with me while test driving in a city bigger than I care to be in-as well as Michael that helped with my paperwork-YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! I enjoyed the sports education and laughs while being taken care of by Michael-and he made a long day en- joyable! The price was right, the NEW location is huge with an incredible selection and the staff goes way above what most salesmen at other car lots are willing to do-and they care about MY NEEDS!! I went to Orlando Toyota as a result of a mail out and to my surprise this dealership is beautiful. I thought they just wanted to get me in so they could pressure me into buying a new car but to my surprise my surprise this dealership is beautiful. I thought they just wanted to get me in so they could pressure me into buying a new car but to my surprise they were very accommodating right from the start with Patrick showing me the cars that I was interested in and letting me road test them. Then we sat down and talked to Steve about the trade in I had and the car that I picked out and as a result we settled on a price and a lease plan. All went smooth and then I went to Michael Sumner's office and he explained all the paper work, went through all the different forms. All three employees were professional. My overall experience was excellent. More

We actually chose to come to this dealership because the sales manager himself took the time to speak with us over the phone and imparted specific info we needed to help us chose a dealership to buy from. He was forthcoming and held true to his word when we got there. THere were a lot of cars to chose from. In addition, the sales person who was assigned to us was easy to work with and the financial servicer, Michael Sumner, was very friendly and clear in presentation. The entire team was friendly and took their time with us...even in walking out to the new car and explaining features, and setting up some of the features with the radio, etc...I would recommend anyone to this dealership who is interested in a new Toyota car purchase. More

Very nice people very professional. I bought the internet special and was happy with the price so didn't haggle. Although I still had to pay the "dealer prep, admin fee, etc" or whaterver they call it these special and was happy with the price so didn't haggle. It took a long time to get out of there and, as usual, they only offered half of what my trade in was valued by Bluebook. That seems to be the standard. But, overall a great experience. More
