We met with an Employee named Jay who was to show us the new Corollas. He explained very well all the corolla features and then let me drive the vehicle. After all that time, we wanted to take a look at the 2013 Hybrid camrys. We basically made Jay have to start all over with us. He showed us the vehicles and took us on a test drive. We loved it! After that he took us over to Derek Walker to discuss a trade in we wanted to do and the purchase of the Camry. Derek was excellent. Very nice and professional. I have dealt with many rude and unprofessional salesmen but at this Toyota it was incredible. Nicest dealership I have ever seen. This of course made the purchase so much easier. They were very upfront and gave us all the information we needed. Once we have decided to get the vehicle, the finance department (Shawn Sibley) did their job well. He was very fast and thorough. I never thought I could purchase a vehicle in the time that I was there. Everything was fast and easy! I went to the dealership that day not thinking I would buy a vehicle. I left a happy customer. We had tremendous people to work with at Toyota of Orlando, starting with Jay (Ramod?(sp), the innitial salesman who is from New York, parents from India. He is a very knowledgeable man, having been an aeronautical engineer. He is smart and taught us more about the 2013 Toyota Corolla than anyone had prior to this. He gets a super high ten mark. Then came the young man named Alex (last name is a Causian Peruvian or something like Varansa) and despite me being a warrior and a hard sell, he was able to culminate the sale (because we liked all of your guys) and withstand all the darts I threw at him. Good for Alex, a real good man to have on your team for negotiating a sale with a hard nut like me. Then came good old (young) Shawn Sibley who closed out the sale and did all the paperwork, etc. Boy has he got it down. I signed in the wrong space one time, but in twenty seconds he had printed up a new form and I had signed it. All of the paperwork took half the time we took in prior purchases of cars. We like Shawn very much. I can't think of a nicer man to close out a sale than Shawn. Give him straight As as well. A solid ten for effort. We are happy with your large dealership. We noticed other people negotiating and buying cars as we were sitting there in your showroom. You run a smart operation, matching up ethnicities and the type of people with a similar type of sales person. We are Caucasian and so were your helpers for us. Blacks got darker people to help them, and so on. It works out best when that's the case, I think. Keep up the good work. My wife is allergic to fragrances. You found employees who didn't use aftershave lotion so that my allergic wife could stand to be around them. Bravo, to you. You aim to please and you do, every time. Saturday 6/8/13 5 weeks into shopping for a Corolla at 8 other local Dealerships I finally purchased my car at Toyota of Orlando. I can tell you they are all not the same. Some worse than others. I can tell it was a wonderful experience and process here. I felt I got a great value for the money, no nonses numbers game,they provided full disclosure and no gimics. This is a honerable dealership. Wow I can not say that for their competition. Next time I want a Toyota I will return. The Saleman ,Manager and Fianance Dept were outstanding! just outstanding!. I got a good deal and dealt with honorable staff. I am just amazed and alarmed that buying a car is laced with such non-sense its shameful,stressful and aggrevating. Lucky for my travels graced this dealership. It has raised my faith that there is a honest dealership out there. Ok I have said enough.When your next sales man tells you the added charges to the purchase price is an additional 2,800.00 thats your first clue your in trouble.Stop and walk out you need to go to Toyota of Orlando on Vineland.
