Local Columbus Ohio dealers couldn't come close to matching the deal or service so I drove 2 hours to work with Westlake. MAG Bmw had a protectant add on they wanted $1700 for and their deal was poor matching the deal or service so I drove 2 hours to work with Westlake. MAG Bmw had a protectant add on they wanted $1700 for and their deal was poor to begin with. Not worth bargaining with. Kelly BMW was low balling my trade and the salesman was just rude and arrogant. Told me I wouldn't get what I wanted for my trade. When I showed him the deal, he started bad mouthing the dealer rather than working with me. Westlake from sale to financing was the easiest process I have ever dealt with in my years of buying dozens of new car. No pressure. Fair numbers and excellent delivery. More

I like going to this dealership because they work with me to get the car that I would hope to have. My only problem is the trade-in value of the car I previously bought from them. I have to show them the r to get the car that I would hope to have. My only problem is the trade-in value of the car I previously bought from them. I have to show them the receipts of the work done on the car when the major repairs were done at the BMW service department. I was able to do a great trade in at another dealership, notified the dealership of the car status and there was no need to show proof of service. I went to 2 dealerships and both offered great trade-in value without asking for receipts. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Mike the financial officer has been very helpful. Ken Delk is at the mercy of Jared who would not give a fair trade. My husband has been very happy with the service dept Jim Strung. Hopefully, I would not need to trade my car to another dealership so I could buy another car in the BMW Westlake next time around. More
