Drove an hour to see a used car after making an appointment and the car was not ready to review. Test drove the car and came back with a few concerns. Made an offer based on my concerns and they we appointment and the car was not ready to review. Test drove the car and came back with a few concerns. Made an offer based on my concerns and they were not interested in my offer, said they were in the car for more then that. 6 days later left a message with Ray and to no avail, no call back. Now a week since I left dealer and show that car was still listed, called back and spoke with salesman and mentioned I was still interested in making a deal and he says he would talk to his manager and call me right back. Calls me back and says yes, offer is XXX are you ready? I asked the salesman if he knew the car was listed on the internet for $700 less than what he was quoting me? (this is after talking to the manager). I asked what sort of business are they running?? Shady business - they rather sell the car to auction than sell to a customer was my perception after further convo. God luck dealing with these jokers! More

The worst car I have ever bought. And management doesn’t do any thing to help. Even when calling head quarters they just give you the run around. Since the day I bought the car it nev And management doesn’t do any thing to help. Even when calling head quarters they just give you the run around. Since the day I bought the car it never stopped giving me troubles. I was taking the car twice a month to get it fixed and countless times I told them to change it but never did. After I broke down in tears then they decided to help a little. Even thought the next person that tried to help was nice I still feel cheated and lied to by this company. More
