I didn't want to do this review but this case is deserving of one. There were employees who were courteous, considerate, kind and helpful individually and for that I'm grateful but collectively as a deserving of one. There were employees who were courteous, considerate, kind and helpful individually and for that I'm grateful but collectively as a team, they failed me. There was a lack in complete honesty and willingness to go above and beyond and this has caused an unnecessary financial strain for me and my kid. Please do better! More
