Couldn’t get a call back all day. Then when they finally called me after I contacted them 4 times they tried to tell me servicing my car would be over 3k. Found a local mechanic to to Then when they finally called me after I contacted them 4 times they tried to tell me servicing my car would be over 3k. Found a local mechanic to to the exact same thing for half. Acted like not calling me back was a good way to conduct business. Have the courtesy to deliver bad news. Not stretch it out until the end of day. You had my car. I had to make 2 arrangements to get home and then back there. Would have liked to just paid for 1 ride but I paid for 2. Then I paid almost $500 for them not fixing a thing. Bravo in ripping me off. More

They break alot of stuff while they're working and they blame it on the vehicle or it was like that or that it how factory made it..... I came in to do my boot on my front wheel drive axle and then some sn blame it on the vehicle or it was like that or that it how factory made it..... I came in to do my boot on my front wheel drive axle and then some snap ring busted when they were taking it out and charged me for the whole axle and I recommended my struts and they said it was a single ball joint and tie rod end so I went with it and when I was leaving I had to press my brakes all the way to the floor board to get them to work and they said it was cause I wasn't used to it since I was driving a newer loaner vehicle but I've had the car 3 years and 35000 miles and I saw the mechanic just let my router or a frame axle support hang down by the brake line and when I turned around after going 4 mile started hearing this bad squeaking taping sound and they said " it must be ur struts" More
