I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Camary and had a great experience. I worked with Doug Wilt and Rich Mangelli. This was my first experience with leasing a vehicle, so I don't know that there was anything that could have been done to make the process less overwhelming. Overall the staff was patient and really worked h don't know that there was anything that could have been done to make the process less overwhelming. Overall the staff was patient and really worked hard to get me what fit my needs and budget. My situation seemed unique, so there were some bugs in the process which did not lead me to have the experience I was anticipating from them. I worked with Rich Mangelli for 2 months prior looking for a vehicle that met my specifications. He did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Then circumstances arose that did not enable me to go through with the sale. Since Rich was out on the day I camein ready to buy on the last day of the vehicle incentive, Josh helped me out. He was friendly and got me where I needed to be for pricing on a similar vehicle. Having said that, after 3 hours of price deliberations I went to Erica for the final paperwork. She patiently explained it all, but I was very shocked to find things like total loss /GAP insurance were an additional charge. From my research this is very important coverage to have on a leased vehicle, so it either jacked my monthly payment up or I had to come up with additonal cash up front. Since I was already at the limit for a monthly payment I had to find extra funds (which was not easy!) to cover it. More

My visit to the dealership began with a routine service appt. Where I was welcomed by Joanne in her typical friendly warm fashion. I got checked in and was prepared to wait. Instead I choose to test drive appt. Where I was welcomed by Joanne in her typical friendly warm fashion. I got checked in and was prepared to wait. Instead I choose to test drive a venza a car I had been interested in for about a year. That is where I ran into Rich and the a few test drives later and a lot of conversation I became a proud owner of a new owner of a beautiful venza. I loved my highlander and have no complaints about owning her. I was just ready for a change! I look forward to continuing my relationship with toyota! Thank you'd go out to each individual I worked with yesterday! It was a great experience! Joanne, Rich, Erica and Joe were great! More

Great experience. My wife and I started to enter a Nissan dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas". We turned around and drove back to look at the Toyotas, with no real inte dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas". We turned around and drove back to look at the Toyotas, with no real intent on purchacing any car on that day. We liked the car and the atmosphere so well that after a brief private discussion we decieded to buy the Toyota that we almost didn't even look at. More

We had a pleasant experience at your dealership while buying our minivan. Our salesman Rich was very accomodating and pleasant as was Doug. We were made to feel right at home. The only complaint would be our time with the business manager. He made us feel pressured, and he seemed irritated that we didn't buy what he was selling.Everyone else was amazing. We love our Toyota. More

I was recommended to this dealer by a close friend. I was not disappointed. I hate to buy a car and all the craziness that usually goes along with that I was thrilled to not have all of that dealing with thi not disappointed. It was a very easy process from looking for the van I wanted to picking it up. I would definitely recommend this dealer and salesperson to my friends. I will also use them again in the future!! I bought a slightly used Tundra. It looked great and thought I was getting a good deal. After two and a half weeks of driving through a few rains, the nice wax finish the dealership put on wore off. For a truck that had a life of being driven for 8 months, looks like it had a finish 4 or more years old. Not a good sales tactic and makes a high end sales company look very untrusting. More
