Shane Lanigan at Toyota of Boardman

Toyota of Boardman is the place to go. I have been to several dealerships in the past few months and it was always the same old song and dance. I was truly impressed when I visited this dealership for the first time. This facility is top-notch. I dealt with John Sallmen and Shane Lanigan on the purchase of a new Tundra. They were both friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They even brought the truck that i was interested in inside the building for me to look at. Everywhere else that i had been made me walk through rows of cars outside in the cold and dark. They gave me a great deal on my new truck and also gave me a fair trade-in value. Eric Sanata made all the paperwork understandable and explained everything in detail. I was satisfied when i left. All of the other employees also seemed friendly. I am not big on writing reviews but this time i was treated so well that i wanted to share my experience. You cannot go wrong with Toyota of Boardman!

I had a very good experience with Toyota of boardman. Shane took my inquiry emails on his day off and suggested when I come into the dealer. Kavin was very professional and helped me step by step through the process. I have worked sales for a long time and was pleased with the process.

We went to look at new Highlanders, the selection was good but not exactly what we were looking for. The guys were more than accomadating in finding us a specific style vehicle. We walked away with a Highlander that had every feature we wanted. The price wasn't bad either. :-) Shane & Mike were great! Very personable, explained everything, and felt like they were there to get us the best deal! We will definately go back for our next car and our two girls cars! Thanks guys!!

The entire experience was great. My wife and I were were greeted by friendly helpful staff. All our questions and concerns were addressed quickly. There was a crack in one taillight and a new one was ordered before any paperwork was signed. That was Thursday and on Monday I was notified it was at the dealer. I was extremely pleased to be able to have the taillight installed on Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle was also missing a jack and handle. I notified the Dealer Saturday and that was also installed at my Tuesday appointment. If I could rate this dealer a 10 I would!

The service given to my husband and I was superior. Shane and Doug spent a lot of time with us explaining all the features (and there were many) of the vehicle, staying beyond closing time. Erica took us through the paperwork with ease. We bought a Toyota Sienna and love it! Thank you for your patience.

The dealership was a fantastic place to come and shop for a new vehicle. There was a great selection to choose from.
My vehicle was not on this lot but my sales team tracked it down and went and got it for me by the next day.
They worked with me and my budget I had to work with.
All and all it was a great experience and the sales team did a great job.

friendly service and atmosphere, not pushy, did their best to meet our needs. Shane has been in contact with us since Jan. looking for the best lease for my mother who is 80 years old.

Good price and great service. I have referred several friends because of their prices and great service. I would return in the future and would buy another toyota.
