Bought a $100k Truck only to have it scratched while having the bed lined. Managment took no responsibility for the lack of care while in their facility or the fact that they damaged it. When the truck was delivered it had food crumbs, fingerprints and footprints in it. You would think that when someone is paying a large amount of money for a vehicle you would be treated like a VIP. I was nickeled and dimed at every discussion about problems, delays and damage. In my opinion the customer is not number one and the experience left extremely disappointed. the least that could have been done is to show appreciation instead you get excuses and arguments. Shop around would be my suggestion. I don't need a canned response from the dealership i need action! More

I felt poorly treated. .Newly owned with same old bad service as usual. My car had a RECALLED due to a problem with the air bag and couldn't pass inspection the only reaso .Newly owned with same old bad service as usual. My car had a RECALLED due to a problem with the air bag and couldn't pass inspection the only reason i gave them a chance ..so disappointed I waited for 45 days for the appointment 😩 then my car never got service neater inspected.really hard to get them on the phone even though they have about 7 representatives in the service department that keep on passing the ball around. .poor service from Tom Mallie and Katrina Casaia...Next time I will try Dodge Jeep Ramsey in RT 17 in Jearsy .not the fastest service but I know they are reliable. My car never got inspected and i had to deal with that on my own and I got the feeling that the air bag issue never was solved..wasted time and money got to pay them $270 at the end..avoid them if you can. It will be a costly mistake. They also played games with receiving a text message that you have to reply in order to authorize services that you dont need and recurring in over charges...if you looking for an oil change in your Jeep go to Valvoline and your car will be safer.. Lou the finance guy was condescending and not very bright. Found mistakes in the lease contract he made. He tried to bilk me for more money.
