I was told my truck was ready, I drove off, and my hood was left on latched, my oil drain plug was loose, my oil filter was way over torqued to where I had to use a 3 foot breaker bar to get it off and the was left on latched, my oil drain plug was loose, my oil filter was way over torqued to where I had to use a 3 foot breaker bar to get it off and the oil was overfilled.
