Told that our battery needed to be replaced but no one looked at service record to see battery was recently replaced and still under warranty. We had to bring this up ourselves after we left Toyota and it looked at service record to see battery was recently replaced and still under warranty. We had to bring this up ourselves after we left Toyota and it required a return trip to Toyota the next week for all this as well as a refund for the new battery. More

Everyone is always so professional and friendly. I always need to bring my kids with me and the staff are super sweet to them, offering lollipops and warm smiles!
