First time 4Runner buyer Ease of negotiation; almost no need to haggle over price. Prices listed are already at invoice with little to no markup unlike other dealerships. Very direct and honest sales and finance managers. Helped me get out of my Nissan Pathfinder lease 16 months early. Very well educated about their vehicles, as well as others in the market. Unusally Easy! Randy & the team at Toyota Boardman made the car buying process as easy as possible! They had the car clean and the tank full and even showed me how Randy & the team at Toyota Boardman made the car buying process as easy as possible! Shane Lanigan found one that was perfect for me and made the process effortless. Every car I've leased/owned has come from a Preston Motors dealership, and, although I now live five hours away, Shane made sure the process was easy and smooth. Doug Wilt delivered my vehicle to me and spent about an hour walking me through all the bells and whistles on this car. Absolutely extraordinary customer service!
