But also the S stands for many other things: Sincerity, Super-Sincerity, Simplicity, Of course the S in Schaller Acura stands for Sales and Service. But also the S stands for many other things: Sincerity, Super-Sincerity, Simplicity, Support, Safety, Satisfaction, Schedule, Sensible, Steady, Success, Smiles and Speople. What’s impressive is when I first went to Schaller over 10 years ago and when I went there last week… The faces and smiles and greetings are exactly the same. The people are still there - The same people in Sales and Service and everywhere in between! That speaks volumes for both the company and the employees. Let’s face it, just like in any business, sales and service is predominantly a people business. You establish and build relationships which produces trust. Seeing the same faces over a 10+ year period and dealing with the same people year after year, builds the mutual relationship, the trust, and the confidence. Whether you walk in the front door and see Teri, Jim, Mike, Mike, Michael, Mike… Or drive into Service and see Dave, Brian, Joe, or Jason… You’re greeted with the same “good to see you again smile and handshake!” And the folks in between Sales and Service - like Gary and Brian and Aubrey - keep the wheels oiled and running efficiently. Best Dealer Experience I have ever had hands down! I have financed a few vehicles prior to my visit to Schaller Acura, and my experiences were terrible. I must say I now have some hope as my experience with Teri Lupacchino and Schaller Acura went so smooth! I appreciate Teri for going above and beyond! She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased, and she never kept anything from me. She showed me how to navigate through the vehicle's entertainment system as well as helping me set my cell phone up to the bluetooth. The whole experience was hassle free! worth the drive Schaller had the car I was looking for and they made the deal work for me, so I drove from Lancaster, Pa to buy the the TLX. It can always be a challenge for both parties making deals sight unseen but Terri made it happen. On arrival, Terri had the car ready to go and made sure that I understood the vehicles operating system. Brian had all the paperwork ready and was super easy to work with. I appreciated Brian's low pressure attitude which you don't find often in the automotive sales world. Even Peter popped his head in the door and was very friendly. It was the best 4 hour drive home I've had in a long time. More

Schaller Acura is an awesome dealership! My experience was primary with Teri Lupacchino but everyone at Schaller was helpful, not salesy and just all around awesome! After months of researching the perfect car for me online I decided on a particular used car. I started actually going to dealerships and test driving the car that at I wanted. I went to at least 5 different dealerships I did not feel like I could trust any of them, they were either too push or they could not tell me any history about the car I was purchasing. One weekend when I was dropping off my sister in college I decided to go find a dealership that was not so close to my home town and that's when I found Schaller on Google. I contacted the dealership and Teri quickly got back to me in order to set up a test drive. I had already decided on the car that I wanted so I was more so looking for a dealership and sales person that I knew I could trust and would take care of me as a customer (especially because I was purchasing used). They made the purchasing process seemliness getting me pre-approved very quickly for a lower interest rate than my personal credit union offered me. And the offered me exactly what my trade was worth on KBB. I knew that they were focused on service and not trying to low ball / nickle and dime me every step of the way. So I purchased the car from them. On top of that after about a month of owning the car I received a check in the mail from Schaller because the accidentally overcharged me for tags for my car. **If that is not an honest dealership I am not sure what is.** I know I am in the right hands shopping at Schaller and I am confident that i will use them again in the future! Third Acura Purchase / Great Service! After 8 months of research, we recently leased our new 2019 RDX from Teri at Schaller Acura. This is our 3rd Acura vehicle, and 2nd from Schaller. Te After 8 months of research, we recently leased our new 2019 RDX from Teri at Schaller Acura. This is our 3rd Acura vehicle, and 2nd from Schaller. Teri also sold us our 2006 MDX, which currently has 332,000 miles and still running strong--I expect to get to 500,000 miles. Our decision for this vehicle came down to a choice between the BMW X3 and the RDX Advance. I obtained competitive quotes from both dealers, but our decision for the RDX came down to value, reliability, and cost of ownership. I contacted other dealers in the region to find the best deal on the RDX, but Teri provided us with what was easily the most competitive deal. Another critical factor in our decision is the Schaller service department--Brian, Joe, and David have help us keep all our vehicles reliable and in top condition; I am confident that our new RDX will give us any years (and miles) of enjoyment! More
