Long wait time. The last oil change it took 1:30 hours to do. The time before I call for a oil change and had a 2;30 appointment. Lincoln Sales Service & Support Have a 2011 Lincoln Navigator, the drivers door needs a minor adjustment. Purchased new at Bozard Lincoln and we purchased used. We have purchased t Have a 2011 Lincoln Navigator, the drivers door needs a minor adjustment. Purchased new at Bozard Lincoln and we purchased used. We have purchased three vehicles at Bozard and highly recommend them for sales and service. The Lincoln Concierge treated us outstanding, and the sales team is awesome to work with. Service is great as well. I feel like I own a Lincoln. We have purchased two used vehicles and one new there, I will always shop there first and will continue to use the service department for support. The Concierge service is nothing I have experienced at any other dealership to the level Bozard and Tanya have supported us. More
