Wes in sales was awesome and finance was very thorough, but parts and accessories dropped the ball. It has been a month since I picked up my truck and still no rack or sidesteps. It takes about a week to but parts and accessories dropped the ball. It has been a month since I picked up my truck and still no rack or sidesteps. It takes about a week to get any reply back from texts, if any…. Made a wasted trip down the canyon just find out that the rack had not come in yet. Not sure if it usually takes a month for parts, but the communication has been awful. More

Wes and Tom were great. As was Nate. I was discouraged about not getting $ credit for all the options on my 2017 Subaru Outback, especially in light of the new marketing mar As was Nate. I was discouraged about not getting $ credit for all the options on my 2017 Subaru Outback, especially in light of the new marketing markup well over the MSRP. I felt Tom tried hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and a decent trade value for my car. He explained a lot of things very well for me. The experience with Nate was also good. We reviewed lot of papers and he helped with the pricing for me. I just wish e had gone over the sales contract line by line. Looked at it when I got home And realized I should have asked for that. Working on meeting with Nate to do so. More
