Wes in sales was awesome and finance was very thorough, but parts and accessories dropped the ball. It has been a month since I picked up my truck and still no rack or sidesteps. I felt Tom tried hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and a decent trade value for my car. He explained a lot of things very well for me. The experience with Nate was also good. We reviewed lot of papers and he helped with the pricing for me. I just wish e had gone over the sales contract line by line. Looked at it when I got home And realized I should have asked for that. Working on meeting with Nate to do so. More
