I wish we had more technicians, to accommodate customers faster. We could also use a larger facility as traffic tends to back up. Staff is friendly and appears to care. I really enjoy my experience as a first time car buyer with guy he made the process easy and smooth. He also put things into a bigger picture which I appreciate so much he was very patient and understandi with guy he made the process easy and smooth. And our finance associates was amazing as well and explained everything with great detail. The only thing I did dislike was the time they had us waiting for the car we did come back the next day to speak with the general manger over the ford planet dealership and he was amazing and apologized for our inconvenience. I greatly appreciated that. And I love my new car :) More

We went in to ask about a trade in for a minivan I had bought a few months prior and absolutely hated. I still owed quite a bit on it and was sure Ford wouldn't pay off the whole amount. After a few hours bought a few months prior and absolutely hated. I still owed quite a bit on it and was sure Ford wouldn't pay off the whole amount. After a few hours of back and forth, I stood to leave deciding I wasn't going to get anywhere near what I needed, I received a final offer from the manager for a full payoff of my minivan and close to the monthly payments I needed to be at. I know the back and forth is standard practice at a dealership, but it really wore me down. In the end, I left with my new Ford Explorer XLT and have been so happy in my new SUV. Everyone at Planet Ford was extremely nice. Guy even gave my grandson a nice lunch because he was hungry. I have always loved this Ford location, they make it easy to bring in your vehicle if you need to, always help me if I can't figure out something in my SUV, and called to check on me after the sale. Our family has bought from this dealer several times now, and we will keep going back because they treat you like you belong there no matter who you are. More
