Terrible communication. Called service advisor twice and texted once and no response. Then called courtesy shuttle and they were too busy to pick me up. Ended up getting Called service advisor twice and texted once and no response. Then called courtesy shuttle and they were too busy to pick me up. Ended up getting a Lyft to pick up vehicle. Paid for service and then proceeded to wait 20-25 minutes for vehicle to be brought out. Will take vehicle elsewhere for future service needs. More
