Byron, the GM was great! Carly, the salesperson was amazing!! And Kenrick the financial person was very helpful and informative. However the service department needs a lot of help, meaning that the service rep and service manager both need to be a lot more helpful and courteous and treat customers with respect and dignity. In the couple of years I've been going here, there been zero effort put into the waiting area. The seats are trashed, and the complimentary "refreshments" are just water and K cups.
