To the dealer management team. Thank you for responding. Am sure if Alberto was there when I picked up the car the issue could have been handled. My issue is not with him in any way! However, if you look at past records, you will see where the discount had been applied in years past. I can easy show you my driver's license which notes Veteran status, could also share my DD-214 military records if it has to go that far and could even share my Cal-Vet Status Verification form!
