We have been going at SOK to service our Subaru forester a few times. Last time we went it was an issue with our wheel bearing and we spent $800 on this (November 2025). We kept the receipt. We just serviced the car again due to an issue with the battery. They texted us the issues and asked for approval. We noticed they had the wheel bearing again ($683 before taxes) and they had a video. It made me suspicious of whether they fixed in the first place. It tells me that they either didn’t do a great job originally or they are trying to charge us extra now. It left a bad taste in our mouth and broke our trust. They did apologize via text but no discounts to our service at all. The advisor didn’t even let us know our car is ready and didn’t respond when I asked (at 2 pm in the afternoon not after hours). The lack of customer service really is my issue. Don’t recommend at all. I’m a new Subaru owner and never had an issue with Toyota dealerships. So disappointed. More

Sales department is okay, but not as friendly as they have been. Was in for service and stuck my head in the door of the salesperson who sold me my car and was barely acknowledged. Service department people are great. Friendly, etc. Service was super fast. In fact, too fast. Tire pressure, if checked at all, was left at odd pressures. One tire was left at 28psi. Not okay. Kind of makes me wonder what else they let slide. More

The windshield washer fluid container kept moving. On several occasions I asked that they would investigate this. I was assured that the fluid level would be checked. Finally, the plastic screw holdin On several occasions I asked that they would investigate this. I was assured that the fluid level would be checked. Finally, the plastic screw holding the container in place broke. Obviously, there had been *NO* investigation into why the container had been sending signals to the dash. NOW they say the fluid level detector needs to be replaced. Why did the service department wait until it takes a $400 repair? This situation was preventable if the service representative had done what I asked a couple of years ago. I highly recommend the Forester! The service department at the Kennesaw Subaru dealer, not so much. More
