I recently purchased a new Subaru from this dealer. It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesa It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesaw did not live up to the pervious experience and the experience had been so bad that I no longer want to deal with Subaru. This deal has 0 customers service, they do not return calls and are a bear to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I wish I could give less than 1 star. More

No one looks forward to spending an hour(+) waiting for the servicing of their car. An acknowledgment of your presence takes 1 second. Basically, NO ONE wants to be ignored, which is what happened today with Abigail Nathanael or that Stephen Barnes NEVER answers his phone or returns calls. Pretty sure they are all nice people but that's not what always translates to me as a guest. There are many other Subaru dealership that provide service and a customer friendly environment that would be worth the drive. I remember when coming here use to feel like visiting family and friends. Now, you are just the number of the tag they put in the car. More

Ralph Kurland not only helped us get the new Outback we wanted, he made the whole transaction very comfortable. He followed through well after delivery to make sure we were pleased with the vehicle. Took my car in for a recall and they call me and tell me I have an oil leak and it will be $3800 to fix. I said that is too expensive and that I had no oil leaking prior to bringing my car to the dealership I have an oil leak and it will be $3800 to fix. I said that is too expensive and that I had no oil leaking prior to bringing my car to the dealership. I get the car home and sure enough oil leaking. So I take it to my mechanic who tells me the oil valve was loose and it sprayed oil all over my engine. He cleaned my engine and changed my oil for $65.00 and no leak anywhere. They must have loosened the valve and even if they didn't and in some crazy way it came loose on the drive to the dealership isn't that the first thing a mechanic would check rather than tell me they need to take my engine apart to find the leak! Never ever again will I go to this service center. Scammers or just really bad mechanics you pick! More

I am always nervous going into a car dealership as I feel like a prey. I get anxious as you can never just go "look" at a car, sales people trap you! We have had an Impreza for a few years and every time I go into get service done, everyone is SUPER nice and complete the work in a very reasonable time frame. We had been eyeing to upgrade to a Crosstrek so we spoke with Ralph Kurland. He is very professional, approachable and not pushy like some car sales people! You can tell that he puts customers first and it is not about him closing the deal. He made car purchasing easy and we would definitely go back and see Ralph if we ever wanted to get another Subaru! More

Having bought 3 Subaru’s and recommending a half dozen people to buy here I can say this dealership is friendly efficient and honest. They have stayed this way since they opened many years ago which is a people to buy here I can say this dealership is friendly efficient and honest. They have stayed this way since they opened many years ago which is a testament to management and training. Parts dept is also a standout to me as I do most of my own maintenance and repairs. Buying a new car should always be like this. More
