I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment, they dropped me off at work and picked me up like they said they would. I was provided a loaner vehicle that evening without any questions when parts they dropped me off at work and picked me up like they said they would. Always a go-to service and Sales for our vehicles; Had to return the $5000+ repair, though, due to incorrect tie-out on the alignment, causing very loud tire rubbing noise on full-lock left turns.
