I do not know if the dealership is as bad as my experience with their sales person was off his game - but one thing is for sure they wasted my time. I do not want to point out a single sales person experience with their sales person was off his game - but one thing is for sure they wasted my time. I do not want to point out a single sales person as an issue like this is not an individual employee fault but shows inadequate training and lack of proper engagement, framing the situation, understanding customer needs, finding solution for customer advocated concerns - none of that. Had an incredible experience with Eric Scott. I wanted a very specific Mercedes in a very unique color and he was able to order it and have it delivered right to my door. Mike (the delivery guy) has deliver very specific Mercedes in a very unique color and he was able to order it and have it delivered right to my door.
