My 2015 Rav 4 was leaking oil so I went back to the dealership. The service manager was very helpful and immediately told me to bring the car in to get the problem fixed. It turns out the oil filter dealership. The service manager was very helpful and immediately told me to bring the car in to get the problem fixed. It turns out the oil filter had not been installed properly at my last service. They fixed it right away at no charge. While I was disappointed I had a problem, I was very happy with the way the dealership owned up to it. More
