Our Sienna was starting to "nickle-and-dime" me, which after 169000+ miles was not unexpected. My wife decided she'd like a Highlander. Having absolutely no faith in my local Toyota dealer, we went to For after 169000+ miles was not unexpected. My wife decided she'd like a Highlander. Having absolutely no faith in my local Toyota dealer, we went to Fort's. Busy as they were, we were treated courteously and respectfully, and never felt ignored. Kevin and Ray did everything and then some to make sure we left there in a very nice Highlander after giving pretty much what I expected for the Sienna. When it's time to trade my Explorer, they'll be first on my list. More

Kevin, our sales person, was terrific in assisting in our purchase of our new Highlander. He and Chis, the sales manager went out of their way in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. They spent a couple of purchase of our new Highlander. He and Chis, the sales manager went out of their way in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. Upon taking possession of the Highlander Kevin spent a lot of time ensuring we understood how to deal with all the technology on the car.
