We had a great experience with Richard, he was knowledgeable, conscientious, and communicative. We had to sign in 2 appointments and he took the time to walk each of us through the documents separately and provided great hospitality on top of it all. We would definitely do business with LRSM again and highly recommend Richard as a salesperson.

Matt Lennon was incredibly professional and accommodating from the minute I walked in the door to the time he handed me my check. I felt taken care of and in trustworthy hands from my initial email and conversation via phone with Puria, to the final details with Matt. I have had Land Rover vehicles (LR3, LR4 and now a Range Rover) and this experience has solidified my commitment to the brand and to Land Rover South Bay. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
