THE QUALITY OF THE WORK PERFORMED WAS SO DETAILED I COULD NOT EVEN TELL MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED. THE LADIES AT THE RECEPTION DESK MADE ME FEEL AS I WAS PART OF THERE TEAM. Not happy with service I showed the pictures of oil leakage they seem to think it was from last oil change of July 2023 they said they could not find any leakages but they cleaned it up but they did not indicate to me it was oil they cleaned up I spoke to Amy and told her I was unhappy with the answer they told us hope for want leaks anymore I will keep watch

I found the Carriage Kia intake personnel were very friendly and helpful today. I discovered we had an engine oil leak on our 2024 Sportage after our prior engine oil replacement. They found the problem and paid for the lost motor oil during our usage and offered to replace the engine oil and filter free for the next engine oil service interval. Thank you for your service. RJ

I had an appointment for the 18 of August, but after talking to my Sale Consultant Greg Moore he talked to Brandi in the service department and she was able to get me in on the 21 of August for the recall of my 2022 Kia Telluride.
