He was patient with me as he showed me vehicles that fit the criteria I had given him for my next vehicle, such as leather interior, polished metal finish, four doors, and of course a reasonable price. As he showed me each vehicle, he described the specific features of each one. He honestly was more concerned with me getting what I wanted than what he was going to get out of it. I also met Joe Vece and Stu Miller who were very cordial. Vickie Mason, the finance director made me feel at ease and stress free as I signed the paperwork. Lastly, I would like to thank Avalas, one of the porters, for allowing me to drive home in a spotlessly clean new car. Several colleagues at work have purchased vehicles from ALBERT. The game playing, negotiating, lack of knowledge of the cars and inexperienced sales staff is concerning. They treated me like it was the first car I have ever bought. Had to work with 6 different people and it amounted to a circus of a purchase. First Honda needs to realize the old way of doing business has changed. Treat customers well and you don't have to do a whole lot of selling. The tools out there these days has prepared buyers a lot more than in the past. Everyone has different circumstances when they walk through the door. I felt all they were concerned about was selling, selling, selling. I am still not sure they cared if I was content or if they were just concerned about pleasing themselves. Disappointing for a dealer I respected in the past in a small town where word of mouth is huge. Oh well .... guess I need to venture out to others in the future and see if the experience will be better. More
