He was able to get it repaired in less than 24 hours. He made what could’ve been terrible a seamless and easy experience. Not to mention he is one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever met. Had the BEST experience at 495 Mazda thanks to Emily (service writer) and Scott (service manager). Emily quickly picked up the phone and was all ears to help me pin point the issue! Within that same wee (service writer) and Scott (service manager). Emily quickly picked up the phone and was all ears to help me pin point the issue! Within that same week, they were able to get me an appointment and find the issue in no time! I was greeted by Emily with a smiling face and ready to help me, then she got her service manager scott to go on a ride with me to figure out the issue itself with my car. Within three minutes, he was able to name the problem and set me up for a loaner for a few hours and came back and my car was brand new!! Nothing but great people and great technicians over at 495 Mazda! Thank you Emily,Scott and the rest of the service team :) More

They are straight up with when something does vs. doesn't need attention, and I've found their prices to be comparable to most other places. Great people in sales but don’t go there on a Sunday ( or any other day when the “ finance” people aren’t there, I had to sit on my heals for 1 1/2 hours before I could get into the “ finance” office for a any other day when the “ finance” people aren’t there, I had to sit on my heals for 1 1/2 hours before I could get into the “ finance” office for a simple “ cash” transaction. The car I wanted to buy had everything I wanted in terms of options, otherwise I would have walked out and said “ Forget It !” Even the manager (?) in charge was powerless to speed up this incredibly slow “ finance person” BAD business ! I even tried to secure the car by giving the manager (?) my $1000 deposit check plus a $1 and a handshake to seal the deal but he refused! STUPID ! I finally (another 1/2 hour after the above) got in to see the “ finance guy” and it took only 10 minutes. BUT three days later when the salesman delivered the car I found out the “ finance guy” had INCORRECTLY filled out the paperwork on my bill of sale! Ha! So, like I say, DON’T GO ON A SUNDAY ! More
