The sale itself was fine. But when I went back to get my inspection, they had lost my trade-in's registration which had my license plate decal on it, and left me to fend for myself without any guidance as t inspection, they had lost my trade-in's registration which had my license plate decal on it, and left me to fend for myself without any guidance as to how to get my inspection finished except "go to the RMV". I've been a loyal customer for 8 years, bought two cars from them, and have enjoyed their service until now, but this was awful. They just shrugged and were like "there's nothing we can do", leaving me completely in a lurch. And now I feel like I'm stuck going to them for the next several years because I just bought my car from them. More
