Good experience. No major complaints! Got a quote via Cars.com on a new CX5 with a $1400 msrp reduction, went in and signed the contract that night. Only annoying thi No major complaints! Only annoying thing was they weren’t really willing to play the haggle game with me at all - maybe I didn’t push enough, but I was still happy with the deal, and they had the color I wanted in stock versus other dealers which were a 2-4 week wait. They had the car ready to pick up a few days later. Smooth process! More
