I dropped my car off for an oil change on Friday night to be done on Saturday. When I dropped it off I told the associate my remote start wasn't working. He tried it and confirmed there was something wrong. be done on Saturday. When I dropped it off I told the associate my remote start wasn't working. He tried it and confirmed there was something wrong. He said he would have it fixed when they did the oil change. When I picked up my car I asked about the remote start and was told the tech that handles that wasn't in so I would have to bring it back. The dealership is almost 40 minutes away so it's not convenient to 'just bring it back'. Other than that, everything was good. More
