They took me earlier than expected, gave me a time frame for the work involved, and were very friendly. Salesperson, Dave Duffin, was wonderful! He was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to do business with! He took the time to explain the control panel. And, he made a bit of a scene by reprimanding my salesperson as my husband and I were leaving his office. He could have waited until we left the building to discuss it.
