Horrible...I had a 7am appointment...dropped my car off the night before my service appt. Nissan had my car all day the next day until closing and never looked at my car. Mind you this was a Saturday.... the night before my service appt. Nissan had my car all day the next day until closing and never looked at my car. Mind you this was a Saturday....I'm very dissapointed. A month ago I took my car in for the recall. Had to take off work to get this service done only to find out they never serviced the car. So why did they schedule me for a recall to be completed when it can't be done until September. Now I have to take off work again to get this service done because they only perform this service during the week day. More
Steve in service was awesome. The rest of the dealership not so much in my experiences. I couldn’t be put in contact with a service Dept member in anything close to a timely manner...it took three calls one not so much in my experiences. I couldn’t be put in contact with a service Dept member in anything close to a timely manner...it took three calls one of which I was hung-up on! Also no appeared to know anything until I spoke with Steve. I was told to bring my vehicle in on the wrong day...luckily I have a second car otherwise I would have been screwed. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend the service department is because it’s part of this dealerships More

Bait and switch tactic I visited 94 Nissan of South Holland to look at a used car (<$5,000). I confirmed the car was there on Thursday via email and they confirmed it. After about 20 minutes of the sales person looking for the vehicle he told me that the car "was sent to wholesale yesterday" (Friday). After he said this, he IMMEDIATELY asked if I wanted to look at some financing options. I felt I had gotten baited into their dealership so I left quickly. On Sunday I checked their website and the car I was looking for had gone. Then the car reappeared once again on Monday. I decided to ask again about this car on Tuesday and got an email back saying they were "looking into it". No response for several days, then I responded to their email on Friday asking if the car was available or not. After I had originally visited the dealership I also got an email from someone claiming to be the General Manager, I also sent him a courteous email about the lack of service I had received in trying to find a car that was STILL LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. No response yet (3 days ago) to any of my requests. The email address was from Booker McGee but it was signed as Tina Haddad with a different email address. And the person I had originally verified the vehicle had an email that was Tosha Hickey but signed John Palmer again with a different email address. Not sure if they all use everyone's email there, but this was strange. It's clear that they have only one objective (money), and being courteous and treating their customers with respect and being truthful about their inventory is not on their list. More
