Pleasant experience I took advantage of a Toyota promotion to turn in my wife's 2014 Camry lease 3 months early in exchange for a 2017 RAV 4 lease. He in turn set up an appointment for me with Kevin Wright who handled the transaction to my complete satisfaction. Kevin is true gentleman and is very efficient and thorough. He listened to my needs for the new lease and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. I found Kevin to be a true professional who has excellent knowledge of the cars he is selling. outstanding customer service I went in to A-1 Toyota looking for a lease on a 2017 RAV-4 not expecting much because of the horrible service I had at Toyota of Wallingford but I wa I went in to A-1 Toyota looking for a lease on a 2017 RAV-4 not expecting much because of the horrible service I had at Toyota of Wallingford but I was treated with white glove service by all of the employees at A-1 especially the sales woman Amanda. They treated me with respect, very courteous and understanding of my needs in a new lease. I was leasing for my wife and they were able to let me take the car over to my wife's job to show her.
